| "I cannot begin to describe what a pleasant and
successful landscape company this was to work with on my backyard
pool project. I began planning this pool three years ago, and did
a great deal of research regarding landscaping companies. I located
Red Oak through Angie’s List, a business “watch dog” group
whose members rate companies on their services. They had a high rating,
but were quite a distance from my house. However, I was displeased
with the bids and designs I had received thus far so I decided to
give them a call--the best call I could have ever made. From the first meeting, the designer (Jason) was prompt, courteous and professional. Within a few days I had a design and price that was too good to pass up. The designer was given the same information that several other companies had received and he listened to what I wanted and came up with a plan that came in under the amount that I had given as a ball park from which to work. The design was outstanding. With good references to go on, I hired them. Our project, as with any outdoor landscape project had some difficulties arises. Red Oak handled each and every one of them promptly and professionally, they coordinated the entire project, staying on budget and within the time allotted, while communicating directly with several subcontractors on the pool building side of the job. The pool company owner commented to me at one point about what a fantastic landscaper we had hired and how great the company was to work with. The designer consulted with me regularly and was on site nearly every day even though we are a great distance form the company. The workers were neat, clean and professional and did an outstanding job. The plant material was above expectations and the final design was even better than I had envisioned. The best part of this service was the final bill! There were a few things on the job that were estimated at one price and installed at a dramatically lower price. The designer explained that the company had acquired materials at a less than estimated cost and had passed the savings onto us. This was after I had already signed a contract agreeing to the bid prices. Amazing! Also amazing was the designer’s complete knowledge of plant material and the training he provided on how to care for all the plants into the future. I will hire Red Oak for future landscaping projects and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are a breath of fresh air for people like me who are fed up with companies who have forgotten what customer service is about." |
